3 Big cups of yogurt , biscuits of your choice
4 Tablespoons of sugar
1 Strawberry jam
How to do it :
First pour the gelatin into a bowl and fill it with 400 ml of water (leave it for 10 to 15 mins). While you’re waiting, cut the bananas, then put the strawberry jam (without the cap) into the microwave for 15 sec. This way it will become liquid.
When the gelatin is ready, put if for 20 sec. in the microwave, pour the yogurt into a big bowl, add the sugar and mix them well. When you’re done with the mixture put the gelatin into the yogurt. Then take a plate and at the bottom pour some of the yogurt, so you can cover it. Take the biscuits and start arranging them.
When your done with the first layer, arrange the bananas and the jam however you feel like (in the picture you can see for example how I did it). When you’re done, put one more layer of biscuits and pour the yogurt in the end.
You can decorate it the way you want to. Put it in the fridge for at least 3 hours and it will be ready. It is super simple and easy, right? My boyfriend loves it, he wants me to do it all the time (most of the times the cake would be gone immediately).
